Arkady Der-Tadevosyan also known by his nom de guerre (Komandos). Is a Soviet Armenian Major General and military leader of the Armenian forces during the liberation of Artsakh and the former deputy minister of defense. He is best known as being the commander of the operation to liberate Sushi.
