The Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy is among the oldest Armenian institutions in the city of Calcutta, India. It was founded by members of the Calcutta Armenian community.
On April 2, 1821, the Rules and Regulations of the school were formally adopted in a document entitled "Armenian Philanthropic Academy Founded by the Armenian Community of India on the 2nd April 1821"
