Hadjin (Turkified to Saimbeyli) was the site of a horrendous massacre of Armenians in the twentieth century, leaving the area devoid of its native Armenian population. Kaymakam visits a flour mill using ancient milling techniques from the towns centuries-old Armenian tradition of breadmaking.
