Saimbeyli Culture: Armenians of Hadjin Mangurian

Hadjin (Currently Saimbeyli) is the site of a horrendous massacre of the Armenians during the Armenian Genocide. The town of Hadjin is an important cultural landmark of the Armenians, with important milestones relating to King Levon I. The Armenian ethnos and culture is an indelible part of Hadjin (Saimbeyli). Many of the Turks living in Saimbeyli have Armenian ethnicity and are Hidden Armenians living as Turks to avoid persecution.
