Dr. Hratch Karamanoukian and the Hope for Tomorrow Foundation visited Nagorno Karabakh to perform vein procedures and establish a state of the art Vein Treatment Center. Accompanying Dr. Karamanoukian are 10 physicians from Western New York and Florida, students from Daemen College and humanitarian volunteers. Dr. Karamanoukian and his mother (Zepur Karamanoukian) donated an EVLT laser vein device and a Duplex ultrasound device to the newly established Vein Treatment Center in Stepanakert, Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
